Why Choose our PVC-u Roofline Products?
Fascias and soffits play a crucial role in protecting the roof space. Neglected timber fascias and soffits can spoil the look of your home and cause expensive damage to your roof rafters.
Our PVC-u fascias, soffits and roof trims come with a 20-year guarantee (10 year for coloured laminated boards) against discolouration, warping and cracking and will give a property a new lease of life.

- Lightweight with attractive grooved profile

Fitting and Usage
When being used as soffit board, the outside edge slots into recess along the inner corner of the fascia, while the inside edge either (a) rests on the outer brickwork, (b) slots into a uPVC channel (25mm Board Clip) screwed to the wall, or (c) is screwed to underside of battent along the wall.
Can be fitted parallel to full replacement boards or at right angles to give an attractive tongue and groove effect.
Abutting boards end-to-end can be done using a Panel Joint or 10mm Soffit Ventilator. Discventilators can also be fitted to these boards if additional ventilation is required.
The ’tonge and groove’ edges of the hollow soffit allow boards to fit neatly together with 25mm cladding pins.
