How to Order

Yale Platinum and Platinum Ultra cylinders are supplied with a Key Code Card, which contains a 3-part code, that describes the dimple and groove pattern on your keys. This code ensures we cut keys that precisely match your cylinder. To order, follow these three simple steps.

Choose Cylinder Type

Platinum Ultra is Yale's latest generation of Platinum cylinder, and can be recognised by the 'ULTRA' text on the face of the cylinder, and the Ultra name on the Key Code Card. Choose 'Platinum Ultra' if your cylinder matches that, otherwise select Platinum. See Measuring Guide to help identify earlier generations of Platinum Cylinder.
