Why Choose Cut-to-Size Roof Sheets
Bespoke cut-to-size roof sheets are delivered with the same fast turnaround as preset sizes. But, it's not all about speed, it's also about accuracy; we cut with precision, keeping tolerance to a minimum. Once cut, sheets are blown to ensure flutes are clean and free of spruce, before being taped to prevent contamination, and maintain clarity and long-term performance.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do cut-to-size sheets get delivered as quickly as preset sizes?
No, we supply sheets cut to your sizes, with the same speed as preset sizes.
Can polycarbonate sheets be delivered safely?
Yes, multiwall and solid polycarbonate sheets are seldom damaged in transit, as they are well packaged, and handled with care at every stage.
Do the ends of multiwall polycarbonate sheets come taped?
Yes, all sheets are supplied cut, blown and taped, to ensure you have a premium product that is ready to fit.
Are polycarbonate sheets easy to handle?
Yes, they are lightweight which makes them easy to handle. However, large sheets can be awkeward to manage, especially in windy conditions.
Can polycarbonate and acrylic sheets be easily cut and drilled?
Yes, the sheets can be cut, drilled, and even bent if required. Although you may be able to do so, with standard drill bits and saws, we do recommend specialist tools. A drill bit with a shallow rake for plastic will reduce snagging during drilling, and a specialist handsaw or jigsaw blade will make cutting easier.
How do I choose the best sheet type for my job?
We recommend taking a look at our blog about Choosing Glazing for Lean-to Roof, which compares the material and describes the advantages of each. The individual product pages also carry information that will help you make an informed choice, but if you do need help, then please get in touch.
