4m long length of discreet half round gutter for roofs with low to medium rainwater runoff. The FloPlast 112mm x 52mm guttering is compatible with most other half round rainwater gutter systems.

The FlowPlast guttering, carry the British Standard Institute (BSI) Kitemark, and are manufactured to BS EN 12200-1 using best quality PVC-u, and the system also meets the requirements of BS EN 607, and BS EN 1462.

Fitting & Usage

How to fit the FloPlast Half Round 112mm Gutter (4m)

The following is offered as a simple overview of fitting FloPlast gutter to a standard domestic fascia. For detailed advice, please refer to the step-by-step or detailed fitting instructions.

Plan the installation with gutter system and components based on the design and flowrate of your roof.
Position running outlet directly over the drain, and fit no more than 50mm below the level of the roof tiles.
Fit a bracket 100mm short of opposite end from outlet, and tie a plumb line to it, with the string from the top face of the bottom, where the gutter rests.
Stretch the plumb line and tie to the outlet, with the string on top face where the gutter rests.
Check that there is a fall towards the outlet of 1:350 to encourage efficient drainage.
Measure, mark and fix brackets along the fascia, using the plumb line for vertical position.

Maximum spacing of 1m for Half Round and Square Line, and 800mm for Niagara ogee.
Maximum spacing of 400mm in areas of heavy snowfall.
Fit no further than 150mm from any joints, such as unions, corners and stopends.
Use 25mm x 5mm roundhead brass or zinc screws to secure brackets.

Fit gutter lengths, starting from the outlet, then adding unions and other parts as you go.

Ensure gutter overlaps joints to the insertion marks stamped on gutter parts.
Fit parts to gutter ends before screwing part to fascia.
Fit gutter lengths back to front by tilting the back edge under the back clip, and snap in at the front.
Use of a lubricant, such as silicone grease, on gasket seals can ease fitting and improve performance.

SHIPPING

We endeavour to despatch most orders within 1 working day. Where possible, orders received before 1:00pm may be despatched the same day. Accurate despatch times are available on individual product pages.

Most orders (those being stock items below 1.2m in length) will be despatched same day when ordered before 1pm, and received the following delivery day. We deliver items of that size from Monday to Saturday. Stock items over 1.2m are sent using a two-day carrier, who do not deliver on a weekend.

Due to the size and nature of some bespoke, and non-stock products, we offer restricted delivery options. Delivery options can be selected at the checkout page before payment Is made.

DELIVERY AND RETURNS

Any dates quoted for delivery of the goods are approximate only and Truly PVC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss suffered by the customer arising from any delay in the delivery of the goods.

All deliveries must be received, and where appropriate, signed for, by a person over the age of 18 years old.

Delivery takes place, and risk passes to you, at the earliest of the following:

When the goods are handed over to you or your agent at Truly PVC’s premises.
When the goods leave the premises of Truly PVC.
On the 7th day after you have been notified that the goods are ready for despatch.

Customers should notify us within 7 days of the invoice date for any alleged defect, damage, failure to comply with description, missing items, or discrepancies. If no notification is made within this period, the goods are deemed accepted and free from defect.

Customers are responsible for obtaining any necessary licences or permissions for importing goods into their country of destination.

Long Lengths (over 1.2m)

For any product over 1.2m in length we cannot guarantee a ‘Next Day’ delivery service. Products over 1.2m have to be manually handled in some Depots and this can often add 1 – 2 days to the delivery time.

DELIVERY PROHIBITIONS

Orders for aerosol items, items over 1m, or deliveries to remote locations (e.g., Scottish Highlands, offshore islands, Northern Ireland) may not be fulfilable or may incur a surcharge.

Should this be the case, we will contact you with the option of either paying the surcharge or cancelling the order. Remote postcodes include AB30-AB38, AB40-AB56, BT, FK17-FK21, G83, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA27-KA28, KW, PA20-PA99, PH, TR21-TR25, ZE.

To collect your order, choose 'Collect in Person' as the shipping method. We will contact you if there is an issue preparing your order, so please provide a contact telephone number.
