Traditional ogee gutter fittings for the high-capacity Kayflow ogee rainwater gutter system, featuring a classic scalloped face and high-gloss finish. Delivering an exceptional 2.2 l/s flow rate for roof areas up to 105m², the system includes angles, stopends, unions, brackets, and outlets. Manufactured from premium PVC-u for use with Kayflow 120mm ogee gutter lengths, and fully compatible with both 68mm round and 65mm square downpipe systems.

Easy-clip connections with integrated rubber seals create a secure watertight joint, with gutter insertion depth up to 38mm. Fully BSI Kitemarked and compliant with BS EN 607, BS EN 12200-1, and BS EN 1462, with a 10-year guarantee for long-lasting weathering and colourfastness performance.

Gutter Flow Rate

Ensure your gutter configuration can handle more flow than the calculated roof runoff. If the roof area exceeds the gutter capacity, increase the gutter fall, upgrade to a higher-capacity system, or use a centrally positioned outlet to effectively double drainage performance.

Fitting & Usage

Suitable for external rainwater drainage on residential and commercial buildings. Plan downpipe positions directly over existing drains. For gutter quantity, measure building perimeter, round up to nearest metre, and divide by 4. Gutters can be set level (nominal fall up to 3mm/m) or to falls (7mm per 4m length), with the high point as close to the roof as practical and the low point no more than 50mm below the roofline. Fix all outlets and brackets using 2 × 25mm No. 10 stainless steel screws through all fixing holes provided. Remove swarf and chamfer pipe ends after cutting and lubricate jointing surfaces before assembly. Fit a bracket within 150mm either side of all fittings.

Application

Fit outlets directly above drains — use a stop end outlet at run ends and a running outlet for mid-runs
For falls installations, fix the furthest bracket first allowing for the gradient, then tie a string line back to the outlet to set intermediate brackets
For level installations, set all brackets at a consistent height close to the roof
The Ogee system requires fascia brackets spaced a maximum of 800mm apart
Clip gutter lengths into outlets first, then along the bracket run — tilt under the rear clip and press forward under the front clip
Join straight runs with a union bracket screwed to the fascia
At corners, hold the angle fitting in place, mark and cut gutter length
Connect downpipe lengths with pipe sockets facing upstream; fix to the wall with pipe clips at max 1.8m centres using No. 10 s/s screws into suitable wall plugs; use offset bends for obstructions, or a branch or hopper where two outlets feed one downpipe
On long swan necks, add a small grubscrew in a discreet position to prevent slippage
Where connecting to a different gutter system, use an appropriate adaptor

Delivery

SHIPPING

We endeavour to despatch most orders within 1 working day. Where possible, orders received before 1:00pm may be despatched the same day. Accurate despatch times are available on individual product pages.

Most orders (those being stock items below 1.2m in length) will be despatched same day when ordered before 1pm, and received the following delivery day. We deliver items of that size from Monday to Saturday. Stock items over 1.2m are sent using a two-day carrier, who do not deliver on a weekend.

Due to the size and nature of some bespoke, and non-stock products, we offer restricted delivery options. Delivery options can be selected at the checkout page before payment Is made.

DELIVERY AND RETURNS

Any dates quoted for delivery of the goods are approximate only and Truly PVC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss suffered by the customer arising from any delay in the delivery of the goods.

All deliveries must be received, and where appropriate, signed for, by a person over the age of 18 years old.

Delivery takes place, and risk passes to you, at the earliest of the following:

When the goods are handed over to you or your agent at Truly PVC’s premises.
When the goods leave the premises of Truly PVC.
On the 7th day after you have been notified that the goods are ready for despatch.

Customers should notify us within 7 days of the invoice date for any alleged defect, damage, failure to comply with description, missing items, or discrepancies. If no notification is made within this period, the goods are deemed accepted and free from defect.

Customers are responsible for obtaining any necessary licences or permissions for importing goods into their country of destination.

Long Lengths (over 1.2m)

For any product over 1.2m in length we cannot guarantee a ‘Next Day’ delivery service. Products over 1.2m have to be manually handled in some Depots and this can often add 1 – 2 days to the delivery time.

DELIVERY PROHIBITIONS

Orders for aerosol items, items over 1m, or deliveries to remote locations (e.g., Scottish Highlands, offshore islands, Northern Ireland) may not be fulfilable or may incur a surcharge.

Should this be the case, we will contact you with the option of either paying the surcharge or cancelling the order. Remote postcodes include AB30-AB38, AB40-AB56, BT, FK17-FK21, G83, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA27-KA28, KW, PA20-PA99, PH, TR21-TR25, ZE.

To collect your order, choose 'Collect in Person' as the shipping method. We will contact you if there is an issue preparing your order, so please provide a contact telephone number.

Stock items are usually available for collection 1 business day after ordering. For early collection or non-stock items (e.g., polycarbonate), please call 0161 339 4982.
