Pack of 10, stainless-steel, fixing washers for Marlon Clickloc easy-fit glazing panels. These rectangular u-profile washers sit neatly within the panels fixing channel, becoming concealed when panels interlock side-by-side.

Marlon Clickloc Channel Washers are designed to secure and protect. Their u-shaped profile adds strength and resists bending under stress, whilst the long rectangular shape spreads any load to prevent panel damage near the fixing.

Fitting & Usage

Marlon Clickloc panels should be secured to each purlin that supports them, including the wall plate and eaves. If a panel crosses 4 purlins, then the panel should have 4 fixings. The following description assumes a panel has been placed on the roof structure, and that it has been predrilled with oversized fixing holes.

Before starting, ensure you have enough screws and Channel Washers to complete the roof (see Estimating Fixings).
Place a Channel Washer into the panels fixing channel where it crosses the purlin
Ensure that the washer hole lines up with the panels fixing hole
Feed a Stainless-Steel Self-Tapping Pan Head Screw through the washer and panel
Secure with electric screwdriver, being careful not to overtighten.
Repeat with all remaining fixings.

Estimating Fixings

To estimate the number of fixings required, subtract 1 from the total number of sheets, and multiply that by the total number of purlins (incl. wall plate and eaves). The following illustrates the number of fixings required for a roof with 6 panels and 3 purlins.

SHIPPING

We endeavour to despatch most orders within 1 working day. Where possible, orders received before 1:00pm may be despatched the same day. Accurate despatch times are available on individual product pages.

Most orders (those being stock items below 1.2m in length) will be despatched same day when ordered before 1pm, and received the following delivery day. We deliver items of that size from Monday to Saturday. Stock items over 1.2m are sent using a two-day carrier, who do not deliver on a weekend.

Due to the size and nature of some bespoke, and non-stock products, we offer restricted delivery options. Delivery options can be selected at the checkout page before payment Is made.

DELIVERY AND RETURNS

Any dates quoted for delivery of the goods are approximate only and Truly PVC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss suffered by the customer arising from any delay in the delivery of the goods.

All deliveries must be received, and where appropriate, signed for, by a person over the age of 18 years old.

Delivery takes place, and risk passes to you, at the earliest of the following:

When the goods are handed over to you or your agent at Truly PVC’s premises.
When the goods leave the premises of Truly PVC.
On the 7th day after you have been notified that the goods are ready for despatch.

Customers should notify us within 7 days of the invoice date for any alleged defect, damage, failure to comply with description, missing items, or discrepancies. If no notification is made within this period, the goods are deemed accepted and free from defect.

Customers are responsible for obtaining any necessary licences or permissions for importing goods into their country of destination.

Long Lengths (over 1.2m)

For any product over 1.2m in length we cannot guarantee a ‘Next Day’ delivery service. Products over 1.2m have to be manually handled in some Depots and this can often add 1 – 2 days to the delivery time.

DELIVERY PROHIBITIONS

Orders for aerosol items, items over 1m, or deliveries to remote locations (e.g., Scottish Highlands, offshore islands, Northern Ireland) may not be fulfilable or may incur a surcharge.

Should this be the case, we will contact you with the option of either paying the surcharge or cancelling the order. Remote postcodes include AB30-AB38, AB40-AB56, BT, FK17-FK21, G83, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA27-KA28, KW, PA20-PA99, PH, TR21-TR25, ZE.

Do You Cut Polycarbonate Sheets to Size?

We offer a cut-to-size service on all solid and multiwall sheets (excluding Clickloc), with 10mm, 16mm, 25mm and 35mm sheets supplied cut, blown and taped. Polycarbonate can be cut to any shape and size, though accurate diagrams are required for non-standard cuts, and a cutting tolerance of +/- 3mm applies.

Polycarbonate ships directly from our supplier on a scheduled route, typically arriving within 3 business days of processing. Regional weekly deliveries—including Scotland, Devon, Wales, and the South Coast—are scheduled for the following week and will arrive during their designated delivery window. Should I Use Solid or Multiwall Polycarbonate?

Solid polycarbonate — looks like glass, crystal-clear and ultra-tough, but offers lower thermal insulation; best for pergolas, canopies, security glazing, safety screens, and clear
flat or curved views

Multiwall polycarbonate — features hollow internal channels, making it lightweight with excellent thermal insulation and diffused light; best for roofs such as conservatories, carports and pergolas

Can I Install or Replace Polycarbonate Sheets Myself?

Yes, polycarbonate sheets are lightweight and DIY-friendly. The key to a successful installation is fitting the sheets with the correct glazing bars, fixings, tapes and end closures, while allowing for
thermal expansion and contraction. Following the manufacturer's installation guidelines is essential to prevent leaks and ensure long-term performance.

Installation tips

Sizing and accessories — order the correct thickness and sizing for your project, along with the matching fixing accessories
UV protection — the UV-protected layer sits on the outside; the clear protective tape applied to the sheets indicates which side this is
Cutting — sheets can be cut with a fine-tooth hand saw or jigsaw; if using a jigsaw, the Bosch T313AW blade gives the best results
Debris removal — clear cut edges and channels with a compressor, leaf blower or cordless hand-held blower

What Pitch Roof Do I Need for Polycarbonate Sheets?

A minimum pitch of 5° (roughly 88mm drop per metre) is required, though 7.5° is recommended to ensure efficient water runoff. Below 5°, there's a risk of water pooling, leaks and debris build-up, so this should be avoided where possible. Polycarbonate can be installed as low as 2.5°, however manufacturers will not guarantee it against an increased risk of standing condensation at this pitch.

Do You Offer Samples or Discounts on Polycarbonate Sheeting?

Unfortunately, we don't currently offer a sample service. We keep our polycarbonate sheet prices as competitive as possible, so we don't generally offer standard trade or bulk discounts on sheet purchases alone. For complete roofing projects that include polycarbonate sheets, glazing bars, fixings and accessories, we may be able to offer a small discount depending on the size and scope of the order.
