Fitting Yale Quartus Window Handles

Remove the existing handle to reveal three holes in the window sash. The outer holes are for the screw fixings (43mm screw centres) and the inner hole is for the spindle.

  1. Swing open the new handle to reveal both screw ports on the Base
  2. Guide the handle spindle into the spindle hole and align the screw ports
  3. Secure handle to sash using screws provided

That is it! If you wish to keep the handle permanently locked, just key lock and then fit the black blanking plug into the barrel keyway. If you wish to highlight the handle as egress and stop it from being locked, fit the green blanking plug.

Quality Handles at a low price

Bought 12 of these to replace our old and faulty handles which no longer locked securely. I was surprised by the fantastic quality for such a low price.

Brilliant!

Just the job to replace some faulty handles on my double glazing. Excellent value for money - don't know how they can sell them so cheaply given the fantastic quality of the handles.

Hi Keith, Thanks for the product review, it is greatly appreciated. I sometimes wonder how a good quality product can be made as such a small cost. I guess it is the scale of production, as the there is no scrimping with the materials and finish on these. Thanks again, Cliff
