High speed cement repair, straight from a gun!

High-quality acrylic polymer-based filler with granular finish, perfect for repairing cracks and holes in concrete, and sealing joints in mortar. Very fast curing, non-shrinking, with excellent adhesion to mineral surfaces.

Soudal Repair Express Cement eliminates the need for wet sand and cement mixes, so long-lasting repair can be carried out at speed, with virtually zero preparation, and little clean-up needed.

Supplied in an EU3 cartridge for standard skeleton gun use, and available in beige and grey to match traditional mortar and concrete colours. Repair Express Cement can be over-painted, and is sandable once dried, meaning it can be blended into surrounding surfaces.

Fitting & Usage

Preparation

Clean area and remove any loose particles prior to installation. Highly porous materials should be primed with diluted Repair Express Cement (1:2 water). Preliminary adhesion test recommended on every surface.

Application

Apply Repair Express Cement into the joint or crack with a caulking gun, putty knife, or trowel. Finish with a wet spatula or trowel.

For large cracks, static joints, or large screw holes, apply preferably two layers of product. Wait approximately 30 minutes to apply second layer.

Finishing

Before curing, Repair Express Cement can be cleaned or removed from substrates and tools with water or Swipex wipes.
