Did you know? The Mila ProSecure Hinge Jig can be adjusted to match the door rebate. Simply loosen the two hex key bolts in front of the handle, and slide the door offset up and down.

Fitting & Usage

The jig is designed for ease of use. Simply determine where the hinges will be positioned, and with door in frame, position the jig frame body on the frame, with the door offset on the face of the door. Ensure that the jig is pushed tightly against the door rebate. Once in position, guide the drill through the circular linear bushes for frame holes, and the plates for the door holes. These holes are used to locate the fixing pegs of the Mila ProSecure frame glider and hinge leaf, before securing with self-drilling screws.
