Lightweight, aluminium wall flashing trim for the EZ Glaze polycarbonate roof system. Preformed with host wall upstand, and an apron that follows the panels corrugations, to provide neat and highly effective weather protection.
EZ Glaze Wall Flashing takes the time-consuming work of flashing a lean-to roof from you. It simplifies the job by provides a flat surface to over-flash if desired, a straight edge to seal along, and an apron that extends over the panels. The apron follows the profile of the corrugations - removing time-consuming, and costly dressing with lead.

Fitting & Usage
Designed specifically for EZ Glaze polycarbonate sheets, this wall flashing really does simplify the process of flashing EZ Glaze where it meets a host wall.
- For improved weather-sealing of the wall flashing over the panels, a butyl tape can be applied to the top of the panels before the wall flashing is fitted. The tape should run from end to end, parallel at 200mm from the host wall.
- Align aluminium wall flashing with the panel corrugations, and position the upstand against the wall, with silicone applied as a water barrier to the back, if desired.
- Wall flashing should overlap by 200mm, one corrugation.
- Fix wall flashing to host wall using appropriate masonry screws every 600mm, in line with the rafters.
- Wall flashing apron should be secured down onto the rafters at every corrugation, and this can also be done using EZ Glaze screws through 10mm holes.
- Finish by running silicone along the top edge of the wall flashing, of over flashing with lead or a synthetic lead alternative.
